Services Provided
HookHouse provides premium marketing content creation services including:
• Professional marketing flyers and static creatives
• AI-generated video commercials
• Social media posting strategies and plans
• Copywriting and caption services
• Marketing consultation and strategy sessions
• Lead generation and analytics
All services are delivered digitally and are subject to the package tier selected by the client.
Payment Terms
• All packages are billed monthly in advance
• Payment is due at the start of each billing cycle
• We accept major credit cards and bank transfers
• Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated
• No refunds are provided for partial months of service
• You may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days notice
• No lock-in contracts - cancel anytime without penalties
Content Ownership and Usage Rights
• Upon full payment, you receive full commercial rights to all delivered content
• You may use the content across any marketing channels without restriction
• HookHouse retains the right to showcase delivered work in our portfolio
• You are responsible for ensuring content complies with platform-specific guidelines
• HookHouse is not liable for content removed by third-party platforms
• Any content created using client-provided materials must have proper licensing
Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
• Provide accurate business information and branding materials
• Respond to revision requests within 7 business days
• Ensure timely payment of all invoices
• Use delivered content in accordance with applicable laws
• Not resell or redistribute HookHouse content as your own service
• Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials
Limitations of Liability
• HookHouse provides marketing content "as is" without guarantees of specific results
• We do not guarantee specific lead generation or conversion outcomes
• Estimated lead numbers are projections based on industry averages
• HookHouse is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the preceding 3 months
• We are not responsible for third-party platform changes or restrictions
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice.
Upon termination:
• You will receive all content paid for up to the termination date
• No refunds will be provided for unused portions of the current billing period
• You retain all rights to previously delivered content
• HookHouse may immediately terminate accounts for non-payment or violation of terms
Revision Policy
Each package includes a specific number of revision rounds:
Starter & Growth: 2 revision rounds per content piece
Domination: 3 revision rounds per content piece
Empire: Unlimited revisions (within reason)
Revisions must be requested within 7 business days of content delivery. Additional revisions beyond the included amount may incur extra charges.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the HookHouse website and services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of HookHouse and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our proprietary materials without express written permission.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or our services, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation.
If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Australian law, with the venue being Sydney, Australia.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Sydney, Australia.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
